I received these sheets in good time, and they felt pretty soft right from the packaging. Some reviewers have said they are flimsy or thin, but they are just softly limp, like any truly soft fabric, no crispness to them.I washed them in cold water, gentle, and dried on low heat. There was a significant amount of fluff in the dryer lint catcher, which concerned me a little. I put them on the mattress and was again concerned because they were too big for my king-sized mattress (which never happens, usually they are small and pull off all the time.) It wasn't until I got into bed that I really appreciated these sheets. So-o-o soft! I love them.I haven't had any trouble with bunching, even though the sheets are larger than the mattress. If I have any issues as I use them more, or wash them repeatedly, I will return and add to this review. At this point, I am thinking seriously about buying another set. They really are that soft. I can't go back to my regular sheets now.
